Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the car consultation service offered by DDS ("we", "us", "our") through this website. By submitting our consultation form or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description

We provide an independent advisory service that helps Indian car buyers choose the right car based on their personal needs, budget and usage. Based on the information you submit through our consultation form, our automotive expert prepares and delivers a written recommendation to your WhatsApp number.

Our service is purely advisory. We are not a car dealer, broker, manufacturer, financier or insurance agent. We do not sell vehicles, accept commissions from dealers or manufacturers, and are not affiliated with any automotive brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use our service. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Plans and Pricing

We currently offer three plans:

• Free Plan (₹0) — Basic suggestion with limited response, delivered within 2–3 days.
• Priority Plan (₹499) — Full personalised car report including variant breakdown, delivered on WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful payment.
• 1-on-1 Plan (₹999) — Live WhatsApp discussion plus Q&A session with our expert, scheduled within 24–48 hours of payment.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time; revised prices will apply only to new purchases made after the change.

4. Payments

All paid plans are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant Indian payment gateway. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking and wallets supported by Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the charge for the plan you select. We do not store your payment instrument details on our servers.

5. Service Delivery

Once your payment is successfully processed, our expert will review your form responses and deliver your consultation to the WhatsApp number you provided, within the timeline applicable to your plan. Delivery is typically faster than the stated maximum.

If we are unable to deliver within the stated timeline due to reasons attributable solely to us, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Your Responsibilities

To receive accurate and useful recommendations, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete and accurate information in the consultation form.
• Provide a working WhatsApp number that you have access to.
• Respond promptly if our expert requests clarification.
• Use the recommendation only for your personal car buying decision.

7. Disclaimer

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The final decision to purchase any vehicle rests entirely with you.
• You should independently verify all specifications, pricing, features, on-road costs, finance terms, insurance terms and warranty conditions directly with the authorised dealer or manufacturer before purchase.
• Vehicle prices, variants, features and availability change frequently. We do not guarantee that any vehicle recommended will be available at the price or specification stated when you contact the dealer.
• Real-world fuel efficiency, maintenance cost and resale value depend on many factors outside our control, including driving conditions, regional market dynamics and individual usage.
• We do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax or insurance advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the relevant consultation.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of resale value, or any losses resulting from your decision to purchase or not purchase a vehicle based on our recommendation.
• We are not liable for any issues arising out of dealings between you and any car dealer, manufacturer, financier, insurer or third party — these are independent transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content delivered as part of the consultation, including written reports, comparison frameworks and recommendations, is the intellectual property of DDS. You may use it for your personal car buying decision but may not republish, resell, distribute or commercially exploit the content without our written consent.

10. Communications

By providing your WhatsApp number and submitting the consultation form, you consent to receive your consultation report and related service messages from us on WhatsApp. We will not send promotional or unsolicited messages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders, in our sole discretion, where we suspect fraud, abuse, payment dispute, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed in line with our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, India.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
