• Payment details — handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay. We receive only the transaction ID, payment status, amount, plan name, and the contact information you provided. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, netbanking password, or any financial credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Prepare and deliver your personalised car recommendation report.
• Send the report and follow-up communications to your WhatsApp number.
• Process payments through Razorpay and issue receipts.
• Maintain internal records of customer enquiries and consultations.
